Updates to the American's with Disabilities Act will require Naperville to enact $2.5 million of work on 22 city-owned buildings and facilities. A Naperville Man was arrested after walking around a Fairway with a Firearm

According to Naperville police, officers responded to Fairway for a report of a ‘despondent Naperville resident’ at around 7:48 p.m. Officers learned the man had a gun and was walking in the area. WCKG broadcasts from sunrise to sunset on AM 1530 and 24/7 on 102.3 FM, iHeartRadio, Audacy, WCKG.com, and the free WCKG Apps on both Android and Apple devices.  WCKG is licensed to the City of Elmhurst and reaches the Chicago radio market. WCKG also simulcasts on a low power FM translator broadcasting from Elmhurst on 102.3 FM. The FCC allows parent company DuPage Radio, LLC to split up AM 1530 and 102.3 FM this October. W272DQ was granted a construction permit to move their 102.3 FM to the top of Trump Tower in downtown Chicago. WCKG was granted approval to increase power of AM 1530 from 760 watts to 4,000 watts. WCKG provides affordable and effective radio advertising to Chicago area businesses.
