Rams Head Coach Sean McVay has already made internet headlines this year with his ability to remember random play calls from 5 years ago on command, and yesterday he flashed some more of his Rain Man memory when asked about his thoughts on the impressive Bears defense that his team faces in Week 14.
Most coaches would have just given a boring template answer about how they have their “work cut out” for them, but that’s not how McVay rolls.
He went ahead and gave an off-the-cuff scouting report on all 11 Chicago starters and their strengths, showing again why he’s the Beautiful Mind of the NFL coaching fraternity. This guy’s success is no accident. He’s all about the details. Definitely the details. Be afraid Chicago, be very afraid.
