January 31, 2019 By AM 1530

The Phoenix Open officially start today, but it’s a solid bet that nothing will top what a Special Olympics golfer pulled off during a Wednesday practice round. Amy Brockersette has down syndrome, and her passion is golf. On Wednesday she joined 2018 Phoenix Open champ Gary Woodland to play the famed Par 3 16th at TPC Scottsdale. As the crowd cheered her on, she hit her tee … [Read more...] about Special Olympics Golfer Owning a Par 3 at The Phoenix Open is Incredible

The Pelicans Already Removed Anthony Davis from Their Pregame Intro Video

January 31, 2019 By AM 1530

The Pelicans are reportedly pretty pissed at Anthony Davis and his agent Rich Paul’s attempt to strong arm them into shipping The Brow out of town, and apparently aren’t above being super petty about it. Before last night’s 105-99 loss to the Nuggets, Davis notably absent from the team’s pregame introduction video, erased like the McFly family in Marty’s Polaroid in Back to the … [Read more...] about The Pelicans Already Removed Anthony Davis from Their Pregame Intro Video

Danny Amendola reminds Colin of the time he called him a ‘mediocre scrub’

January 30, 2019 By AM 1530

Current Dolphins and former Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola appeared on The Herd from radio row today, and Colin was a little anxious because he heard through the grapevine that Amendola had a problem with him over some comments he made about him in the past. It turns out Danny is actually a fan of the show, but has never forgotten one time when Colin said: “If Tom Brady … [Read more...] about Danny Amendola reminds Colin of the time he called him a ‘mediocre scrub’

Gronk was a beast on D in high school

January 30, 2019 By AM 1530

Rob Gronkowski looked painfully slow and out of place as the last line of defense during the Dolphin’s ‘Miami Miracle‘ game-winning kick return in Week 14, but during his high school days he looked like J.J. Watt playing defensive end. We dug up a clip from Gronk’s 2006 senior season at Woodlands Hills high school in Pennsylvania – he transferred there after playing three years … [Read more...] about Gronk was a beast on D in high school

No Guarantees LeBron and Anthony Davis are a Great Fit Together

January 30, 2019 By AM 1530

Ever since news broke that Anthony Davis will not re-sign with the Pelicans and wants to be traded, NBA fans and media are already fantasizing about him pairing up with LeBron. They also think the Lakers should give up whatever it takes to get The Brow to L.A. Colin thinks Davis is an amazing talent, but isn’t sure Davis and LeBron would be a great match, given James’ history … [Read more...] about No Guarantees LeBron and Anthony Davis are a Great Fit Together

January 29, 2019 By AM 1530

NFL teams aren’t just made up of the players on the field, it takes an army of behind the scenes employees to make organizations run on a daily basis. Tom Brady Begs ‘Road Playoff Win Guru’ Mark Sanchez for Advice in Hilarious Spoof

January 29, 2019 By AM 1530

Mark Sanchez has gone from franchise quarterback with the Jets to a career backup known more for his #ButtFumble than anything actually good. He may be a professional clipboard holder now, but he does have as many career road playoff wins as Tom Brady (4), and used this unique stat to make a hilarious spoof  video poking fun at himself and Brady, as Tom prepares for his ninth … [Read more...] about Tom Brady Begs ‘Road Playoff Win Guru’ Mark Sanchez for Advice in Hilarious Spoof

Unlucky Cyclist Gets Bodybagged by Deer While Flying Down a Hill

January 29, 2019 By AM 1530

Deer are beautiful animals, but they’re also nature’s gift to viral internet content. Another Bambi made a random appearance during a cyclists ride outside of Tucson last week, when it unexpectedly bodybagged the weekend Lance Armstrong while the guy was flying down a hill. The cyclist escaped with only minor injuries, and the deer hopped off into the wilderness to go check its … [Read more...] about Unlucky Cyclist Gets Bodybagged by Deer While Flying Down a Hill

Bill Romanowski Tells Colin Why He Thinks Gruden Could Trade Derek Carr

January 28, 2019 By AM 1530

Jon Gruden’s first season with the Raiders was largely a disappointment on the field and saw him trade away All-Pro pass rusher Khlail Mack to the Bears where he helped turn them into a division winner. The biggest question heading into the offseason is if Gruden will stick with QB Derek Carr or deal him and bring in his own guy. Bill Romanowski played for the Raiders – in … [Read more...] about Bill Romanowski Tells Colin Why He Thinks Gruden Could Trade Derek Carr
