He reacted to it on yesterday’s show. The list breaks down into 4 tiers and ranks Aaron Rodgers over Tom Brady as the #1 tier one QB, and Colin sees Carson Wentz as a legitimate tier 1 QB who gets downgraded to the second tier because of injuries. NFL execs also agree with Colin on Cam Newton, putting him in the 3rd tier.
