Two people were seen looking into cars with flashlights around 2: 19 a.m. Responding officers found and arrested one of the people, who acknowledged he'd burglarized cars, according to Elmhurst police. A garage sale this month in Wheaton to help children rescued from child trafficking in Ghana, West Africa, raised more than $7,000.
