Dak Prescott Injury Analysis

October 12, 2020 By AM 1530 WCKG

Dak Prescott suffered a serious Ankle Injury on Sunday while playing against the New York Giants. How serious is this injury compared to injuries he has suffered in the past? How long will he be out? Find out with Clay Travis and Dr. David Chao on Outkick the Coverage.

Clay Travis is reacting to what was a sad and unfortunate day for the NFL and for Dallas Cowboys fans everywhere, and that is the injury suffered by Dak Prescott during their game against the New York Giants. Dak suffered a gruesome injury to his ankle and was carted off the field in the second half of their game.

Clay brings on Dr. David Chao for a special appearance on the Monday edition of the program to discuss Dak’s injury and everything involved in this unfortunate situation. Clay asks Dr. Chao a number of questions surrounding Dak and his injury, including Dr. Chao’s past experience with similar injuries, the potential recovery time for Dak, and whether or not Dak will be able to fully recover and make a come back next season.

Dr. Chao believes that Prescott will be able to make a full recovery, and that the foremost concern as the two speak on Monday is insuring that there is not infection involved with his injury. That is the biggest concern to Dr. Chao.
